About the Collector
I’m a New Yorker and lifelong avgeek who grew up in the West Indies, with a passion for aviation that began at age three on my first flight aboard a BWIA DC-9. Part of my childhood was spent in Kingston, Jamaica, where I’d watch planes descend on final approach, captivated by the unmistakable whine and smoky trails of those early jets. By age eight, I had already flown on a Guyana Airways Boeing 707 and an Arrow Air Douglas DC-8, and my first widebody experience soon followed aboard an American Airlines DC-10. The wonder and elegance of flight never left me, and I’ve been chasing it ever since — one aircraft, one journey, one new addition to the collection at a time.
About the Collection
My collection spans multiple continents and eras: Concordes in their transatlantic glory, Soviet classics, narrow-body workhorses of USA fleets, and proud widebodies of African and Asian carriers.
