Database
How do I add a missing model/airline/aircraft to the database?
Navigate to the database page by selecting the button at the top. Then select the button near the top of the page. An account is required. All submissions will be reviewed by a moderator.
Some data is incorrect. How do I correct it?
On any data details page, select the button. For models, the button is also available from a widget that appears when you click on the model ID number. An account is required. All submissions will be reviewed by a moderator.
My Collection
How do I add a model to my collection?
Select the icon for the relevant model. Add any details about your model, if you want, then select .
How do I remove a model from my collection?
Select the associated icon, select , then select .
How are estimated values calculated?
We use a proprietary algorithm based on multiple sources and various factors. Some of these factors include condition, date, and currency exchange rates. In cases where we have no sources for a particular model, we use comparable models to calculate an estimated value. In all cases, the estimated value is a best guess and may not accuratly reflect the actual value of the model.
Premium Subscription
Can I change my payment plan or payment method?
Yes! We partner with Stripe to manage your payments. You can change your plan or payment method at any time by going to your Subscription settings and selecting the button.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to your Subscription settings and select the button. From the Stripe portal, you can cancel your subscription. Important note: No refund will be given for subscription cancellation, however your Premium features will still be available until your subscription expires.
