✈️ Welcome to Texas World International Airport (TWI) Texas World International Airport is a fictional—but realistic—1:500 scale model airport and model collection, dedicated to showcasing aircraft and airlines from around the world. 99% of the collection is 1:500 scale and based around airliners and carriers that could theoretically fly to an airport in Texas serving as a global hub and network connection. Also, I love heritage models so I have some museum pieces. Over the coming months, TWI will be relocating and expanding before officially opening operations. During this time we’ll explore the inspiration behind the airport, take a look back at the earlier layouts and predecessors that shaped TWI, and engage with fellow collectors through discussions, polls, and community interaction.
